Nabe

 Tsuyoshi Horikawa

    You talked about history of nabe, and relationship nabe and nutrition. I heard that we had begun to eat nabe since Jomon or Yayoi period. In addition I heard that sukiyaki is one of the culture in Meiji period. I thought that nabe is good for our health because it has a lot of nutrition.

Noa Takuma

    You talked about Kiritanpo. You said that Kiritanpo is local food in Akita. You introduced how to make unfamilier kiritanpo. I was interested in it. I heard first time that Novenver 11th is Kiritanpo day. I haven't eaten kiritanpo, so I want to eat it saomeday.

Maharo Sugimoto

    You talked about local hot pot dishes. In your speech, I had a lot of things that I heard first time. Especially, I was interested in Ishikari nabe in Hokkaido. I have not eaten it so I want to eat it someday.

Arisa Hayashi

    You talked about Imoni. I heard it first time. Imoni is local dish in Yamagata, and it has long history. I was interested in Imoni-kai because I had not heard event like that. I have not eaten it so I want to eat it someday.

Mutsumi Matsuda

    You talked about your recent situation about nabe. You said that you cook hot pot dishes after watching youtube which introduce how to cooking. I do cooking sometimes so I want to watch youtube and learn how to make some dishes.

Makana Nishiyama

    You talked about Korean nabe. I was surprised that they eat nabe dishes all season in Korea. You introduced some kinds of Korean nabe. Especially, I want to eat Sundubu jjigae because you said that it is the most popular nabe dish is Korea.

Honoka Kohama

    You talked about Millefeuille nabe. I was interested that its word root is sweets in France and means 1000 leaves. I thought that Millefeuille nabe with Camembert cheese looks delisious. I have not eaten it so I want to eat it.

Fuka Inomoto

    You talked about nabe dishes all over Japan. I learned that there were a lot of kinds nabe dishes in Japan. Especially, I thought that nabe in Hokkaido is interesting. Because n kyushu, we don't use Hotate in nabe dishes.

  1.  I thought it was good that the tone of the voice was bright. Speaking in a bright voice can make a good impression on the audience.
     I thought You was a little lacking in fluency. Speaking fluently, the audience will understand your presentation better.
